RANCHI, India, July 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 23:
1. The instant appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 30.06.2021 and 06.07.2021 respectively, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro, in Original Suit No.75 of 2019, whereby the suit has been decreed on contest subject to payment of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees fifteen lacs) by the appellant to the respondent towards one time permanent alimony.
2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks liberty of this Court to withdraw the present appeal.
3. Such submission has been made in the presence of Mr. Navneet Toppo, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
