RANCHI, India, Aug. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 2:
1. Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that there is delay of 18 days in filing of the instant appeal and for condoning the said delay, I.A. No.5421 of 2025 has been filed. He submits that the appeal has been preferred on the point of quantum as well as on the ground of non-joinder of necessary party.
3. The Insurance company is directed to deposit the entire awarded amount along with the interest before the learned Tribunal within three weeks.
4. Considering the hardship of the claimants, 50% of the deposited amount shall be released in favour of the claimants on proper verifica...
