RANCHI, India, Feb. 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 6:
1. None appears for the petitioner. However, Mr. Shubham Mishra, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah, learned counsel for the private respondent are present.
2. From record, it appears that after filing of the writ application, the petitioner has never appeared except once.
3. Looking to the prayer made in this writ application, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in this case, accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
