JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON UDAY SINGH V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 238 of 2020 (G.R. No. 719 of 2020), registered under Sections 341, 342, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C. and under section 3/4 of Witchcraft Practices Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla.
