JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON TRILOKI MAHTO AND OTHERS V/S MOST. DEWKI AND ANOTHER

2. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 29.11.1999 (sentence passed on 30.11.1999) passed by Smt. Vidyut Prabha Singh, learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hazaribag in connection with S.T. No. 131/91, whereby and whereunder the appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/149 IPC and have been sentenced to imprisonment for life.
