Heard Mr. Rohit Ranjan Sinha, the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Vineet Kumar Vashistha, the learned Spl.P.P. for the State.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 17.05.2024 passed in MCA No. 130 of 2024 in connection with ST Case No. 28 of 2024, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that there was an exchange of firing between the police personnel and the extremists.
