RANCHI, India, July 29 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 30:
No one turns up on behalf of the appellant in spite of repeated calls.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits there is no merit in this Acquittal Appeal, hence, the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting this acquittal appeal.
Accordingly, this acquittal appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
