RANCHI, India, Jan. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 15:
1. This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 24.12.2004 (decree sealed and signed on 12.01.2005) passed by learned 1 st Additional District Judge, Jamshedpur in Money Appeal No. 3 of 1989 whereby the appeal was dismissed and judgment and decree dated 16.02.1989 (decree signed on 03.03.1989) passed by learned Subordinate Judge-III, Jamshedpur in Money Suit No. 264/35 of 1983-88 has been affirmed.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal and he submits that the substantial questions of law framed earlier need not be answered.
