We are informed by counsel on both sides that the impugned order was passed in a writ petition seeking regularization and enhanced wages of the appellants, at the stage of admission without even calling the other side to file a counter-affidavit.
We are disturbed that the learned single judge has taken steps to pass a final order in a matter of such serious nature without even calling the other side to file a counter affidavit.
