RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 10:
No one turns up on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that since there is no merit in this Writ Petition (Cr.), hence, the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this Writ Petition (Cr.).
Accordingly, this Writ Petition (Cr.) is dismissed for non-prosecution.
In view of dismissal of this Writ Petition (Cr.), the interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 25.04.2024 is vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
