JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON TAHA QURESHI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhiaon P.S.Case No.132 of 2023, for the offence registered under section 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa.
