The present appeal is directed against the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.(S) No. 3676 of 2023 which was disposed of directing the appellant/writ petitioner to file a fresh representation and the respondents were directed to consider the same in accordance with law and thereafter to pass a speaking and reasoned order taking into consideration the fact that the writ petitioner was acquitted in the criminal case.
