This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 30.01.2023 (decree signed on 04.02.2023) passed by learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division,) III, Jamshedpur in Original Suit No. 112 of 2007 registered as T.P.E.S 112 of 2007 whereby the suit seeking specific performance of agreement dated 01.06.2007 has been dismissed.
