Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No.54 of 2024 registered under sections 274 and 275 of the B.N.S., 2023 and under Section 47 (a) of Excise Act.
The Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in transportation of illicit foreign liquor.
