1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No.70 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 406/ 419/420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Seraikella.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken friendly loan of Rs.4,20,350/- from the informant.
