RANCHI, India, May 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 4:
1. After some argument, Mr. Rajan Sahay, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant does not want to press the instant interlocutory application being I.A No.153 of 2025 and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same.
2. Such submission has been made in presence of Mr. Subodh Kumar Pandey, the learned APP who vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by referring the fact that the victim is aged about 4 and half years only, however, he has not opposed the prayer for withdrawal of the instant interlocutory application.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
4. Accordingly, the instant interlocutory application being I.A No. 153 of 2025 is dismissed...
