RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:
1, Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar PS Case No.91 of 2025, for offence registered under section 74, 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has instituted one FIR against father and uncle of the informant for encroaching the land of the petitioner.
