Heard the learned counsel for the respondents.

No one turns up on behalf of petitioners in spite of repeated calls.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since there is no merit in this Writ Petition as well as the C.M.P., hence, the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting this Writ Petition as well as the C.M.P.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition as well as the C.M.P stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
