RANCHI, India, June 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:

1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2)/317(2)/317(5)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Rajmahal, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
