Heard the parties.
Counsel for the parties agree that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the order dt. 24.09.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 5165 of 2024 and batch titled Sanjay Kr. Agarwal Vs. the State of Jharkhand and others passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court.
Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order.
