RANCHI, India, Sept. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:
Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the criminal miscellaneous petitions with liberty to raise the grounds mentioned in the petitions at appropriate stage before the appropriate court.
Both the criminal miscellaneous petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The interim relief granted earlier in respective cases is vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
