Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with the prayer to amend the instant Cr.M.P. by incorporating the additional prayer of quashing the order framing charge dated 20.04.2024.
The name of the court which passed the order or the case in which the said order dated 20.04.2024 has been passed, has not mentioned in the instant interlocutory application.
Accordingly, this interlocutory application being a frivolous one, is rejected.
