RANCHI, India, July 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on JUne 9:
Since the reliefs in the Writ Petition relates to Bihar and Orissa Municipal Act, 1922 and also the Bihar Municipal Corporation Act, 1978 both of which are not applying in the State of Jharkhand, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the Writ Petition.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
