Apprehending his arrest in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No.20 of 2025 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 329 (3), 126 (2), 115 (2), 117 (2), 109, 303 (2), 352, 351 (2), 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
