1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 303(2), 317(2), 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Court CJM, Koderma.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the owner of the Hydra vehicle bearing registration No. JH-11AQ-6366.
