RANCHI, India, Nov. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 30:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The matter relates to Katkamsandi P.S. Case No.106 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Hazaribagh.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested and in view of that he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
