This second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 25.02.2022 (decree dated 10.03.2022) passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Khunti in Civil Appeal No. 18 of 2018 confirming the judgment dated 24.09.2018 (decree dated 01.10.2018) passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division (Munsif), Khunti in Title Suit No. 09/2013. The learned trial court has decreed the suit in favour of the plaintiffs.
