1. Heard Mr. Ankur Anand, learned counsel for the petitioners.

This petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, wherein, the prayer is made for quashing the order dated 22.01.2024 passed in Original Suit No.97 of 2019 by the learned Sub Judge IV at Bokaro, whereby, the learned Court has been pleased to reject the petition filed by the petitioners under Order XXVI Rule 10A of the CPC read with Section 73 of the Evidence Act for obtaining expert report on sale deed no.2042 dated 12.04.2021.
