RANCHI, India, Jan. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 19:
1. This Civil Misc. Petition has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 6693 of 2022 to its original file, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 29.01.2024, for removing the defects.
2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he will remove the surviving defects in W.P.(C) No. 6693 of 2022 by 22.01.2026 if it is restored to its original file.
3. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties does not oppose the aforesaid submission.
4. Considering the submission of learned counsel representing the petitioner, this Civil Misc. Petition stands disposed of.
