1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 10/2025, registered under section 319(2), 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3)/3(5) of BNS, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners of collecting the money for depositing in the company named in the FIR.
