Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition (Cr.) with liberty to file a Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Writ Petiti on (Cr.) is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy of the documents of this Writ Petition (Cr.) as well as I.A. No.1444 of 2025 may be substituted with their photocopy.
