RANCHI, India, Feb. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 17:
No one appears on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls. However, learned counsel for the respondents is present.
Even on earlier occasion also, no one was present for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned giving one more opportunity to the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in the matter.
This writ petition is accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution.
