This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the order dated 20.02.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dumka in Criminal Revision No.19 of 2015 and also the order dated 25.03.2015 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Dumka in T.R. No.01 of 2014.
