RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2)/191(3)/190/121(2)/132/ 127(1)/109(1)/61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Dhanbad, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
