RANCHI, India, Feb. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. Ms. Shivani Jaluka, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ on the fresh cause of action.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
