RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 20:
1. The present writ petition has filed for quashing the impugned notice dated 21st April, 2023 issued by the respondent no.5, whereby the construction being made by the petitioner over the land in question has been stopped. The petitioner has also prayed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no.4 to make an enquiry on the application dated 26th May, 2023 filed by the petitioner and to not create any obstruction in construction of the residential house over the land in question.
