RANCHI, India, July 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 10:
1. Heard Ms. Puja Agarwal, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned A.P.P. on behalf of the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Bokaro in M.C.A. No. 221 of 2025, arising out of Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 146 of 2025 (S.T. No. 50 of 2025), whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
