This appeal is directed against the order dated 16.07.2025 passed in M.C.A. No. 1239 of 2025 arising out of Nimiyaghat P.S. Case No. 24/2019 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Giridih, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellants has been rejected.
Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellants that though the appellants have been named in the First Information Report, but the same is merely on the basis of suspicion.
