1. All the unserved respondents have since been served as per office report in this batch of matters.
2. Some of the private respondents have since retired or died, and they are not represented. But since the issue relates to seniority, the said fact has no bearing on the result in the Writ Petitions.
3. The issue raised in these Writ Petitions is covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 299 of 2025 dt. 15.01.2025 titled Dharmendra Kumar Singh and others Vs. The Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand and others.
