RANCHI, India, May 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 11:
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite parties jointly submit that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties consequent upon mediation.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
