Apprehending his arrest in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No.04 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.56 of 2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 420, 183, 279, 336, 201, 120 B, 224, 225 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of a truck bearing registration No. UP-52F-8411 which was seized by police while transporting illegally stacked sand.
