RANCHI, India, Dec. 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 25:
1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by order dated 19.9.2025 the petitioner was granted provisional bail subject to the condition that the petitioner will pay Rupees One Lac by way of Bank Draft. He further submits that, however, belatedly the Bank Draft was prepared and he then submits that four weeks' time was already elapsed and in view of that, the petitioner was not able to deposit the said Bank Draft before the learned court.
