RANCHI, India, Sept. 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 4:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 49/2025 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 54/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 96 & 61(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau at Daltonganj.
3. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her.
