RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chitra P.S. Case No.89/2022, registered for the alleged offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(ii) of the Jharkhand Coal Mines Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur.
