JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SANJEEV KUMAR V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No.224 of 2023, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 406, 323, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
