Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file criminal miscellaneous petition.
Permission is accorded.
This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The certified copy of the documents may be substituted by the petitioner with their photocopies.
In view of withdrawal of this writ petition, interlocutory application no.2393 of 2024 is disposed of being infructuous.
