RANCHI, India, Jan. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 18:
1. Heard, learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some factual error in this writ petition. He submits that an error cropped up while drafting the writ petition, thus, he wants to withdraw the same to file a fresh writ petition.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
