RANCHI, India, April 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 24:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondent i.e. respondent no.4 to make online entry of the land appertaining to Mouja Balardih, Mouja No.284, Khata no.98 (new Khata no.105), plot no.783 (new plot no.1461), measuring an area of 40 decimals in the official portal of the Government of Jharkhand maintaining the records of land as well as for issuance of continuous Khatiyan of the said land in the name of the petitioner.
