RANCHI, India, May 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 24:
1. This Anticipatory Bail Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) 2023, has been filed by the petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Tundi (East) P.S. Case No.7 of 2024, for offences under Sections 302 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned JMFC, Dhanbad.
2. Heard the parties at length.
3. At the very outset, learned A.P.P. representing the State very fairly submits that the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and so far as this petitioner is concerned, it has been noted in the charge sheet that there is lack of evidence against this petitioner.
