RANCHI, India, May 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 25:
1. This Letters Patent Appeal is preferred by a third party challenging the judgment dt. 04.05.2022 in W.P.(S) No. 3019 of 2020.
2. The said writ petition had been filed by the 7 th respondent against respondents 1 to 6 challenging a letter dt. 29.02.2020 issued by the 5 th respondent terminating her services as an Anganvari Sevika and seeking her reinstatement into service with all consequential benefits.
3. The learned Single Judge had set aside the said termination order dt. 29.02.2020 and directed the reinstatement of the 7th respondent into service with 50% of back wages within eight weeks from his order. The learned Single Judge had held that th...
